This website and online shop (“Site”) is operated by UAB Nordic Berry, a company registered in Lithuania, company code 304063549, registered address Šiltadaržio g. 3-3, Vilnius, Lithuania (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including purchasing products, creating an account, and using related services. By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
 

2. Products & Availability
 

  • We sell food and beverage products through our e-shop.

  • Product descriptions, ingredients, prices, and images are provided as accurately as possible.

  • Minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
     

3. Prices & Payments
 

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment methods available: credit/debit cards via Wix Payments.

  • Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
     

4. Orders & Contract Formation
 

  • An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors, product availability, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.

  • If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
     

5. Delivery
 

  • Delivery is available to selected countries (details provided during checkout).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

  • Ownership and risk of products pass to you upon delivery.
     

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
 

In accordance with Lithuanian and EU consumer law:

  • You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, unless an exception applies.

  • Food products that are perishable, sealed for health protection, or unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for return.

  • Refunds (where applicable) are issued within 14 days after approval.

Detailed return instructions will be provided upon request.
 

7. User Accounts
 

  • Creating an account allows faster checkout and order tracking.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
     

8. Intellectual Property
 

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, designs) is the property of UAB Nordic Berry or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Use of Site content without prior written permission is prohibited.
 

9. Liability
 

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless required by law.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the affected order.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, technical failures).
 

11. Governing Law
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Disputes shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts unless mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
